Get on your bike with peace of mind. Go wherever you want. tubus provides you with a full 30-year guarantee for your carrier. All around the world.
You can't get a better guarantee than this! We're not actually allowed to give a lifelong guarantee. The law sets a maximum of 30 years. So we thought, OK, we'll give the maximum permitted 30-year guarantee for tubus carriers... but just because we like the idea of offering a little bit extra, we'll give a separate tubus mobile guarantee for the first three years, too. Because we believe that there's always a little bit more to give.
A tubus carrier is not easy to break. Our touring carriers are made from ultra-strong chrome-molybdenum tube, special stainless steel, or titanium, and can withstand even extreme ordeals.
In the unlikely event that a tube breaks, simply send us your damage report and we'll send you a replacement carrier. By courier, free-of-charge, and - naturally - as quickly as possible. Wherever you are. All around the world. For the first three years. That's the tubus mobile guarantee. We know that you want to keep on cycling!
